The 'Perm Health' mobile application is a convenient platform designed for remote health monitoring and effective transmission of critical data to medical specialists for subsequent analysis. The application's functionality includes access to more than 15 health diaries, which allows the user to conveniently track a wide range of physiological indicators and symptoms in a single space. The dynamics of entered indicators are visually displayed through interactive graphs and tables, ensuring data visualization for easy trend analysis, assessment of health changes over time, and formation of a more complete picture of its dynamics. The application provides for the possibility of simple attachment to an attending physician working in the medical information system. Data recorded in diaries becomes available to the medical specialist on a special secure website for analysis and making informed clinical decisions. In addition, a function for receiving referrals for laboratory tests and medications directly from the attending physician through the application is implemented. The system promptly notifies the user if the entered physiological indicators go beyond the established limits. To ensure prompt communication with the medical team, a built-in chat is provided, allowing quick and convenient exchange of information on issues related to monitoring and health status (provided that this function is supported by the doctor). The application also integrates artificial intelligence elements to predict potential health risks based on user-submitted data and identified patterns.
